Will I get charged for return shipping?
Return Policy
Blush Mark offers free returns if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will issue a full refund (minus shipping and any Blush Mark Points) once your return is processed. You must process your return request through your Blush Mark account within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with the tags still attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty items. Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for any reason.
NOTE: Points will be applied across the entire order. Each item in the order will have a portion discounted due to the points used. You will not get all your money back for the items ordered with points.
IMPORTANT: Once your return is in transit back to us we cannot resend any of the items to you. Please make sure you do not include non-Blush Mark items in your return package as we are unable to send them back to you.
In addition, please do not send your returns to the address on your Blush Mark package or to our office in LA. If you are unable to process your return label through your Blush Mark account, please email our CS team at hello@blushmark.com for assistance.

EXCHANGES:
We do not offer exchanges on any returned items. If you need a different size or another color, you will need to return your items and place a new order. Any coupons used on the original purchase cannot be applied to a new order. If you need to return an item you purchased during a sale, the sale price will not be given on a new order.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS:
- Irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing"
- Irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, missing items
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
- Bulk orders with multiple sizes/variations of items of the same type
HOW TO RETURN:
If you created a Blush Mark Account: Log in to your Blush Mark account within 30 days of delivery and select the order you'd like to return.
If you checked out as a Guest: Go to the "Track Your Order" page within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and email address to pull up your order.
- Begin the process by selecting RETURN on your order and follow the step-by-step return instructions on the screen.
- You will receive a prepaid return label and return authorization form via email within 24 hours. Please print out the return forms and shipping label.
- Pack up the item(s) you'd like to return back in the package they arrived in or in a package of similar size and shape and place the return authorization form in the package with your item(s).
Please note: Blush Mark will only provide one prepaid return label per order so make sure you are returning all unwanted items at once. If another label is needed, Blush Mark will deduct the cost of the label, which is $9.00, from your return amount. - Additionally, please do not return your order with a different label that you purchased directly from a courier. If an order is returned that is not using one of our return labels, it cannot be refunded.
- Ensure that the items you are returning match your RMA authorization form. Any items not on the list will be considered an unauthorized return.
- Make sure any old labels are completely covered and place the new shipping label on the package to ensure your return is delivered back to us successfully.
- Drop your return off with the designated shipping carrier on your prepaid return label - you can hand your return to a delivery driver, drop it off at a local dropbox, or take your return to a local pick-up location.
- You'll receive an email confirmation for your records when your refund is complete.

PLEASE NOTE: You cannot begin the return process until your order is marked as DELIVERED. In some cases, it may take several days for your order to update to the DELIVERED status. Your order may take up to 72 hours to update.

Why can't I process a return?
If you're having trouble processing your return, please first review our Return Policy to make sure the items you want to return are eligible. Any items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for any reason.
If you have received your order, but your order information has not updated online to show that your order was delivered, you will need to first mark the order as "Received" before the return option will appear:

How to Return FAQ
IMPORTANT:
- Please do not use the shipping label not provided by us to return the items, as this will cause the warehouse to not recognize the returned package and a refund will not be arranged.
- Blush Mark will only provide one prepaid return label per order. If you need to make a second return on the same order, you will be charged a shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Please Note: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, processing returns may take up to 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation for your records once your return is complete and we have processed your refund. We thank you for your patience and understanding. |
Normally, the processing time for refunds can take up to 7 business days on our end and your financial institution may require additional time to post the funds back to your account.
Once your refund is processed, we'll email you with a confirmation for your records. If you have already received this email and more than 14-days have passed, we recommend contacting your financial institution directly.
Refunds can be processed in two ways:
- Blush Mark Wallet: Your refund will be processed back to your Blush Mark Wallet where you can use the funds on a future purchase. It's basically like store credit!
IMPORTANT: We cannot reverse your refund if you select Wallet Funds. Once the refund is processed to the Wallet we will not be able to process a refund back to the original form of payment, so make sure you plan to shop with us again! - Original Payment Method: Your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment. Refunds are processed back to the account, not the card. If your card is no longer active, your financial institution will most likely apply the refund to your new card, however, this is not always the case. We recommend reaching out to your financial institution directly if you have concerns regarding closed accounts.
If you use Rewards Points to place your order, your points will not be refunded back to you.
If you use your Wallet to place your order, your refund will be processed back to your Wallet.
