General Shipping Information
We ship all of our products within the US, Canada, France, Mexico, Spain, Belgium, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Orders are shipped from your country’s local fulfillment center.
The US Territories we ship to include, American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. We also ship to APO and MPO addresses via USPS. Orders shipped to APO/MPO/US Territories can take an additional 2 weeks to arrive.
US Shipping Carriers: *DHL, USPS, Lasership, Ontrac, UPS, Speedx, sometimes UDS, FedEx, CDL,piggy-cars, and UNIUNI.*
* Orders going to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS
CA Shipping Carriers: Canada Post or UPS.

Orders are shipped via the first available carrier. You cannot specify the carrier used to ship your order at this time.
Address 1 cannot only fill in separate PO Boxes information, if necessary, please fill in address 2.
PROCESSING AND SHIP TIME:
The total time for processing and delivery from the day your order is placed is about 2 1/2 weeks depending on your location. Please refer to the delivery date provided at checkout for the most accurate delivery time based on the items in your cart and your shipping location.
Orders are confirmed within 30 minutes and no changes or cancellations can be made once an order is confirmed. If you need to cancel an order, you will need to do so through your account: Cancelation & Changes
Processing can take up to 4-11 days depending on the items in your order.
Once your order is processed and packed it will take 4-10 business days to be shipped from our overseas warehouse to our domestic fulfillment center.
Once your order is IN TRANSIT, it will take 2-8 business days to arrive at your shipping address.
Please note: We cannot account for potential delivery delays that may be caused by events occurring after your order is placed. While we do our best to update delivery dates based on global events and potential delays, please check your shipping carrier's website for more information on delivery delays.

At this time, we are unable to change the shipping method after an order is placed. If you are still within your cancellation window, you can follow these instructions to cancel your order and place a new one with a different shipping method.

Do you have expedited shipping?
Yes! Starting May 14th, we now offer Express Shipping to our US customers for an additional $13.99.
Terms and Conditions
- Only available for orders shipping within the US; Express Shipping is not currently available for Canadian customers
- Shipping fees are nonrefundable
- Express Shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date
- Express Shipping cannot be applied to existing orders and must be selected during the checkout process
How do I change my shipping address?
After you place your order we are only able to make changes to your shipping address within 30 minutes. After this, your order will be finalized and sent to our fulfillment center who will fill your order and ship it out. You can update your shipping address by going into the Order under your account and selecting "Change Address". If this option is not presented to you, this means it is too late to change your shipping address.
Once your order ships, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address.
How can I track my order once it ships?
Once your order is IN TRANSIT to you, we'll send a confirmation email with tracking information. (You will receive an email prior to this saying your order has shipped without tracking. This means your order is en route to our fulfillment center.)
Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update once the order ships, but you can use this tracking number on your shipping carrier's site to receive an exact delivery date.
