When your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number for one of our shipping carriers that you can use to track the status of your order. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery of your order.
If for some reason your order is returned to us by the carrier, we will not be able to reship it. We are happy to provide you with a full refund when the returned items are processed.
Blush Mark is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend waiting an additional 24 hours as the carrier may be slightly delayed. If you live in a complex with a main office, you may want to check with them first or ask your neighbors if they've mistakenly received your order. If, after this time, you still do not have your package you can contact the shipping carrier directly for more information or reach out to our customer support team within 15 days of the "delivered" date on your tracking and we'll do our best to assist you.
