We've made placing an order with us as easy as possible! There are 3 ways you can browse and order with us:

Once I place my order, when will I receive it?
How do I move items from my wishlist to my shopping cart?
Ordering on our Website:
- Go to the item page.
- Choose your preferred color and size (if ordering custom, input your measurements in inches). Select "Add to Bag"
From there, a drop-down summary of your Shopping bag will appear.
Select “View Bag” To continue to checkout. - When you're ready to continue, hit the “Continue Checkout” button.
- Fill out your Shipping Address, Payment Information, and Billing Address. Confirm everything is correct and select "Continue Checkout"
- This will bring you to your final review page where you will do a final review of your order. You'll receive an email notification with your order information and estimated delivery window as soon as your order is confirmed.
Ordering on Mobile Site
- Go to the item page.
- Select “Add to Bag” or “Buy Now” and that will prompt a menu to pop up-up. From here, you can select the size and color (if applicable).
NOTE: If you would like to purchase just this single item, you can do so by selecting “Buy Now”. This will have you select the size and color before taking you directing to Shipping and Payment information. - Once selected, you will click ”Add to Bag” again.
- The pop-up will refresh and show you a shopping bag summary. If you are ready to check out, you will just click “View Bag”
- This will take you to your complete shopping bag, where you will then have the option to “Checkout”.
- Fill out your Shipping Address, Payment Information, and Billing Address. Confirm everything is correct. Once finished, select “Place My Order”. You'll receive an email notification with your order information and estimated delivery window as soon as your order is confirmed.
Ordering on our App
- Go to the item page.
- Choose your Size and Color. Select “Add to Bag” or “Buy Now”.
NOTE: If you would like to purchase just this single item, you can do so by selecting “Buy Now” after selecting the size and color. This will take you directly to the payment page. - Select the shopping bag image in the upper left corner to see everything in your Shopping Bag and continue with the checkout process.
- Fill out your Shipping Address and Payment Information. Confirm everything is correct. Once finished, select “Place My Order”. You'll receive an email notification with your order information and estimated delivery window as soon as your order is confirmed.
Once I place my order, when will I receive it?
When you place your order, you'll receive an estimated delivery date based on your shipping address and the items in your cart. You can find this date: before you check out and confirm payment, in your confirmation email, and on your order page in your account. You can find the most up-to-date status of your order by checking My Orders at blushmark.com or via "My Orders" in the Blush Mark APP.
You can view the estimated delivery date for each item on the product page by selecting your state in the drop-down:

How do I move items from my wishlist to my shopping cart?
You can move items from your wishlist to your shopping cart on all our Blushmark platforms:
Desktop:
- Select the Heart icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to find your Wishlist
- Within your Wishlist, click the “Add to Bag” button beneath any item. This will bring up a pop-up window where you can select your size and color (if applicable).
- Once the information is selected, you will select either “Add to Bag” or “Buy Now”.
Mobile:
- Select the Heart icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to find your Wishlist.
- Once at your wishlist, click “View Details”. This will take you to the item page.
- You will then select either “Buy Now” or “Add to Bag”. From there you will select sizes and colors (if applicable) and can continue checkout.
App:
- You will select your Account icon on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
- Once it takes you to your Account page, select the “Wishlist” option on the list.
- Once the wishlist loads, simply click “Add to Bag”. This will bring up a pop-up window where you can select your size and color (if applicable for the style).
- The item will then be added to your bag and you can find it by selecting the Shopping cart icon at the bottom of the screen.
My payment wont go through!
If you’re having some trouble submitting your payment, we recommend trying the following common fixes first:
- Make sure all information is correct including credit card number, expiration date, and security code if asked.
- Try refreshing the page, or logging completely out and then logging back in.
- Start over with a new order instead of trying to pay for the same order over again.
- Try using a different card.
- Try using PayPal if you have a PayPal account.
- Clear your cookies and cache
- If your payment is still declined, contact your bank for more information before reaching out to us.
If none of these tricks help, please contact customer support with the following information:
- The platform you are using (App, Mobile Site, or Web Browser)
- Name and version of the browser you are using
- A screenshot showing the error message you’re receiving

- Blush Mark Points
All prices are shown in $USD. If you are outside the US, the final charge you see on your account may differ depending on the current exchange rate of your country’s currency.
