Orders are first packed and shipped from our international warehouse to our domestic fulfillment centers. At the time your order is processed, the shipping label is created but it is not scanned until the package is handed off to the carrier from our domestic fulfillment center.
You may not see updates via local couriers until the package is cleared by local customs and processed by our local fulfillment center.
If your estimated delivery date has not passed, please wait patiently for the carrier to receive your package and update the tracking.
Once this process has been completed, you will receive an email notice and tracking should update shortly after this.
If your order is in transit and appears to be delayed by the carrier, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly for more information.
