How to use coupons 

You can apply one coupon code to your order, whether it's for a current promotion or a coupon code you received separately. Multiple discounts cannot be applied to a single order.

Blush Mark Website:

1. Paste the coupon code into the "Have a Promo Code" box.
2. Click "Apply" and double-check the order subtotal to ensure the discount was applied to your order.
3. Continue with checkout!

Blush Mark APP:

1. Check the "Have a coupon?" box
2. Paste your coupon code into the box that says "Enter your coupon code"
   Once you input the code, an arrow will show up to the right
3. Click the arrow to the right
4. Place your order!

Once your email is entered, select “Try Your Luck”. A coupon code will appear as soon as the wheel stops spinning and your promotion is chosen.

Blush Mark Wallet

IMPORTANT: We cannot reverse your refund if you select Wallet Funds. Once the refund is processed to the Wallet we will not be able to process a refund back to the original form of payment, so make sure you plan to shop with us again!

What is my Wallet?
Your Wallet is like your Blush Mark debit card. You can store money in your Wallet from returned Blush Mark items and use it to make your next purchase within the Blush Mark APP.

How do I use my Wallet?
You can use the available balance in your Wallet to pay for your orders at checkout.

Can I use my Wallet balance if I use Rewards Points or coupon codes?
Yes! You can use the available balance in your Wallet along with any Rewards Points or coupon codes. Discount prices will automatically be given at checkout.

What if my available Wallet balance is less than my order total?
If your purchase costs more than the available balance in your Wallet, you will be asked to choose another payment method to cover the remaining cost of your order.

Important note: If you are attempting to use Afterpay to purchase, you will not be able to use your wallet funds. 

Are items purchased with my Wallet funds refundable?
Yes, if you use your Wallet to place an order, those items will follow our normal return policy, and once your return is processed the funds will be credited back to your Wallet and can be used on a future purchase. If you pay for your order using both your Wallet and another payment method, you will receive your Wallet refund immediately, but it may take up to 3-5 business days to process your refund back to the other payment method.

Can I add money to my Wallet or exchange Wallet funds for cash?
No, you cannot exchange funds or add money to your Wallet. Your Wallet balance can only be used to purchase Blush Mark APP items or hold return funds.

Does my Wallet balance expire?
Your Wallet balance never expires (unless otherwise notified).

Blush Mark Points

What are Rewards Points?
Blush Mark’s registered users can earn Rewards Points on the Blush Mark APP by participating in various activities and can be used as credits toward any of your purchases on the Blush Mark APP. 100 Points is equivalent to $1USD. Rewards Points are non-transferable and cannot be gifted, sold, or withdrawn.

What can I do with my Rewards Points?
You can use Rewards Points to make purchases in the Blush Mark APP.

Can I use Rewards Points and coupon codes together?
Yes, you can use Rewards Points and coupon codes at the same time.

Do Rewards Points expire?
Rewards Points will expire 1-30 days from the date you receive them.

Points and the corresponding validity period can be checked through MY POINTS/ MY POINTS - HISTORY.

Expired Rewards Points will automatically be deducted from your account.

Can I transfer my points if I create a new account or need to merge accounts?

Not at this time. You will be unable to transfer points or keep points when merging accounts. If you have points, make sure they are used before taking these actions. 

What are the refund rules for Rewards Points?
Rewards Points will not be refunded upon return. If you use another payment method and you choose to refund the payment in the form of Wallet funds, these funds will never expire.

NOTE: Points will be applied across the entire order. Each item in the order will have a portion discounted due to the points used. You will not get all your money back for the items ordered with points. 

How can I earn Reward Points?

• Register for an Account! Get 300 points just for registering!
  • NOTE: If you create an account through the Friend Referral Program, you will be issued the referral discount ($20 off $50) instead of the 300 points. 
• Check in on our App! The more you sign in, the more you earn.
• Comment and review items - Earn 25 points for a written review and an extra 25 when you submit a picture as well.
  Please note: All reviews are vetted prior to posting and false reviews or reviews posted with invalid, lewd, or inappropriate images will not be eligible for Rewards Points.
•  If your review gets featured, you earn double the points! 
• Subscribe to our email newsletter! (Only a one-time offer)
• Sign up for push notifications on our App. (Only a one-time offer)
• Get points for ordering! 1 point for every dollar spent.
• If your order misses the delivery window, we will give you 50 points for every day delayed! ( Up to 500 points)

Some things to keep in mind:

• Points earned from orders will not be reflected in the account until the order status changes to delivered. Delayed Order Points will also not be issued until after the order status changes to delivered
• Only 300 points can be earned a month through reviews.
• Delayed Order Points will be issued based on the days delayed AFTER the delivery date provided during checkout. You will not receive points unless the package misses the delivery window. You will not receive points if your order is canceled.
• You can only pay for up to 50% of your order with Points.

Do you have a Student Discount?

Yes! We have partnered with Student Beans to help provide a 15% student discount to our customers.

Do you have a Military Discount?

Yes! We offer 10% off for active and veteran members of the US military. To get the discount, email us through your .mil email address and we'll send you a coupon code within 24 hours.

Terms and conditions:

• We can only offer one (1) military discount coupon code within a 3-month period. 
• Discounts must be used on an order that is placed under the same name as the person who requested the discount. 
• Orders placed under different names may be canceled without notice and no replacement codes will be offered.

Each eligible friend that you refer will receive a coupon that can be used on their first qualifying purchase of $50 or greater on BlushMark.com. There is a limit of one (1) coupon per referred friend.
