What is Klarna?
Klarna is an interest-free service that allows customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four installments made every 2 weeks.
Who can use Klarna?
Afterpay is currently only available for our US customers.
How do I use Klarna?
You can shop Blush Mark and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Klarna as your payment method. You will be directed to the Klarna website to register and provide payment details.
Klarna currently accepts all major debit and credit cards (i.e. Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover).
Please note:
- AMEX cards are not accepted when creating a One-time card.
- Capital One does not allow their credit cards to be used for Klarna purchases, but Capital One debit cards can be used.
- Prepaid cards are not accepted.
If you’ve used Klarnay before, just log into your Klarna account and complete your order -- it’s that easy! Please note, the order value must be between $35 and $1000.
Are there late fees when I use Klarna?
If Klarna is unable to collect a biweekly payment on the scheduled day, they will try again. If the payment is unsuccessful when they retry, a late fee of up to $7.00 and the missed payment will be added to the next scheduled payment.
To keep you in the loop, Klarna will send you an email notification if your payment was unsuccessful. You also have the option to pay an installment early or pay the full amount.
How long do Refunds take?
Refunds are processed in different ways, depending on the status of your payment schedule, how much you have paid and if a full or partial refund has been processed.
- Full refund
Once the refund is registered against your order, any remaining payments will be canceled and the already paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method. - Partial refund
If the partial refund is greater than the remaining balance of your order, the refund amount will be deducted from the outstanding balance and the difference will be credited to the original payment method.
If the partial refund is less than the remaining balance of your order, the amount will be deducted from the outstanding balance and spread evenly across the remaining payments.
